Overview
Our Refund/ Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items will only be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Item received doesn’t match what was ordered
- Items received are damaged
If any of the above is true we will help you get a replacement product. This is not an exchange we will re-make the same product for you again and ship it to you. You will have to send the shipped product back to us.
Refunds
All of our outfits are tailor made after you place an order specifically as per your instruction. For this reason we do-not offer Refunds on any delivered order.
If we are unable to get the item to you due to logistics or procurement issues – we will refund the entire amount paid to you with in 7 days from the date of delivery .
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless discussed with the client befor the order is placed .
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it send us an email at [email protected] with in 24 hours of delivery and our team will assist you with the same . No exchange/ replacement will be entertained after 7 days of delivery of the said item/s.

General Information:
Order Processing Time:
Since all our outfits are made on order as per each client’s size and requirements ,we procure fabric and finish processing the order in 20-30 days from palacement of the order.
For custom/embroidery/bridal orders the delivery time may vary depending on the customisations/embroidery/work and will be communicated while placing the order .
For bridal/heavy Embroidery orders regular updates will be provided to the client or updates will be provided as discussed with the client during the placement of the order .
Shipping Methods and Costs:
Domestic Shipping:
We offer STANDARD Shipping ( 30-40 days delivery) and EXPEDITED shipping( 1 week delivery ) Option to all our clients .
For now, we are offering Free Standard Shipping website wide for all Domestic orders. However , if a client wishes to choose Expedited delivery option , extra charges will apply ( as discussed with the client depending on the order).
International Shipping: (Excluding Pakistan & Afghanistan)
We ship our stylish clothes globally (except Pakistan & Afghanistan)!
Shipping Costs & Timeframes:
Rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Approximate Rates for International Shipping :
- Suits / Shararas / Anarkalis – 3500 INR – 5000 INR ( Depending on Destination)
- Lehngas / Heavy Anarkalis – 6500 INR – 8000 INR
- Heavy Embroidered Outfits / Bulk Orders / Men’s Outfits – Shipping cost will be calculated and communicated separately while placing the order.
Customs Duties & Fees:
Please note some countries may charge customs duties or fees on international orders.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Additional Considerations:
Tracking Information:
Tracking informations will be shared with the client over whatsaap / mail within 1-2 days after the order is shipped.
Delivery Exceptions: The delivery of packages might be delayed due to Govt. holidays or bad weather conditions or any other unforseen circumstances .
Shipping returns
Once you reach out to us for an exchange we will share the details you need to ship the outfit to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
